Okies host "Boss Lift" for civilian employers

Eighteen employers of Reservists fly on a KC-135 Stratotanker during an orientation flight Dec. 14, 2023, at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, as part of the annual Employer Support of Guard and Reserve orientation flight, or "Boss Lift." ESGR is a Department of Defense office that promotes cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
