Process Improvements

Wing processes are divided up into three distinct categories: Customer Oriented Processes (COP’s), Support Oriented Processes (SOP’s), and Management Oriented Processes (MOP’s). This allows us to more clearly see the relationship between processes as well as to determine the level of resources and focus to provide. Our process improvement and innovation methodologies, experienced facilitators, and command-wide support can help you get the results you need. Our growing team of internal consultants, trainers, and auditors are equipped with internationally proven tools to help streamline improvement and innovation. The 3-types of process improvements activities we engage in are classified throughout the Air Force Reserve Command as: Projects, Events, and “Just-Do-Its”.

Strategic Planning

Our Wing Strategic Plan sets the stage for the types of process improvement events we engage in throughout the year.  It defines the 3-5 year goals and objectives we must achieve to reach our Vision of becoming “Citizen Airmen… Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders”. Most importantly, the Strategic Plan focuses us on achieving the critical TASKORD performance requirements needed to ensure we can fulfill our Mission of “Okies Fueling the Fight with Combat-Ready Airpower”.  Our Strategic Planning process ensures we are aligned with our chain of command, the communities we belong to, and each other.  Our team is  available to help all areas of your organization develop, align, and assess individual strategic plans, action items, and measurement systems.
