Civilian Benefits and Entitlements

As an Air Force civilian employee, you are entitled to benefits such as the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program, the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and other personal benefit information using the Government Retirement and Benefits (GRB) Platform.

Employees can access the GRB Platform application through AFPC Secure and selecting the “GRB Platform” application link. Employees should see a brief video explaining the new system the first time they log in.

Employees also have the opportunity to select supplemental dental and vision coverage as well as elect to participate in a tax-deferred flexible spending account for health care and dependent care. Enrollment for the Federal Flexible Spending Account (FSAFEDS) Program does not automatically continue from year to year. Employees need to re-enroll every year to participate and can submit their enrollments directly through https://www.fsafeds.com/.
