New control tower
A May 5, 2021, ceremony marked the completion of a larger, taller and more advanced air traffic control tower meant to provide better management of airfield operations at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Cutting the ribbon are, from left, Col. Paul Filcek, 72nd Air Base Wing commander; Midwest City Mayor Matt Dukes; Oklahoma State Sen.
