  • KIRKUK REGIONAL AIR BASE, Iraq -- Senior Airman Justin Fjeldsted, 506th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron construction equipment operator, guides the pouring of cement at the passenger terminal. Airman Fjeldsted and other Airmen from the 506 ECES have been working on the project for several weeks. The project is replacing wooden walkways with concrete to and from the PAX terminal cleaning up the overall look as well as making it easier for personnel to travel on foot to and from the terminal. Sergeant Liftee is an Air Force Reserve structural engineer currently deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
