TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Effective May 4, Tinker Air Force Base Reservists will receive their meals in Café 3001 and Golden Corral, until the renovation of the Vanwey Dining Facility is complete in the fall.Café 3001, located at on the south end of the Bldg. 3001 in Area C, will serve
