Technical Sgt. Dawn Hardwick, 513th Maintenance Squadron along with 50 other members of Team Tinker, hold a huge U.S. flag during the national anthem at the opening of the Oklahoma City RedHawks military appreciation game on July 27. Sergeant Hardwick was also recognized during the game because she recently returned from a deployment to Southwest Asia. The Oklahoma City RedHawks minor league baseball origination held its second hometown heroes celebration of the season to recognize local military members and their families. Members of the 72nd Air Base Wing, 507th Air Refueling Wing, 552nd Air Control Wing, U.S. Navy Strategic Communications Wing One and the Air Logistics Center all volunteered to represent the military during the military appreciation game which included an oath of enlistment and special recognition of recently deployed Airmen.
