Per DOD guidance issued yesterday, "In areas of substantial or high community transmission, DOD requires all service members, federal employees, onsite contractor employees and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask in an indoor setting in installations and other facilities owned, leased or otherwise controlled by DOD."
Tinker Air Force Base is currently in the “High” transmission category according to the Centers of Disease Control 9 https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#county-view), so this guidance applies to Tinker AFB effective immediately.
