507th ARW men, women and families celebrate Family Day

Jet Life and ISO Boys were the two teams in the championship game. Jet Life consisted of Staude, Tech. Sgt. Nick Charles and Senior Airman Joshua Blaine. ISO Boys consisted of Mills, Master Sgt. Shaun Loeffler and Staff Sgt. Christopher Williams. Mills block of Staude's shot was not enough as Jet Life came from behind to edge ISO Boys. Family Day takes place every September with food, games, a dunk tank, booths and tours of various aircraft. It's one way the wing is able to give back to the men and women of the 507th for another year of hard work and dedication.

Members from Troop 300 Last Frontier Council Boy Scouts of America from Mustang Okla., take an opportunity to serve those who serve. The troop volunteered to take part in the annual 507th Family Day event on September 7, by working the food line for members of the 507th Air Refueling Wing and their families.

After quickly being dunked Major Carl Jones, 507th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander decides to view the world through the eyes of a fish. After realizing this view could not be sustained for more than a minute or so, Jones decided to get back on the seat to continue getting dunked. Maj. Jones drew a solid crowd for his "shift" in the tank.

Kids get an opportunity to see what it's like from the cockpit of a KC-135 Stratotanker during Family Day here September 7. Pilots were on hand to answer any questions the kids had about the operation of the tanker. Sitting in the "driver's seat" was one of the busier stops on the aircraft tour.

This sinking comes at the hands of Master Sgt. Susan McCullers, 137th Oklahoma Air National Guard Air Refueling Squadron command post superintendent.
