Two hour delayed reporting, liberal reschedule authorized for 23-24 UTA

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --  Due to inclement weather and possible hazardous road conditions the following options are allowed for the upcoming 507th Air Refueling Wing Unit Training Assembly weekend:

1. Liberal reschedule for the 23-24 Nov UTA is authorized if members are unable to attend due to inclement weather/road conditions.

2. Two (2) hour max delayed reporting (sign-in) for this weekend's first UTA period is allowed.

In addition:

1. Until otherwise advised, fit testing will still occur with weather exemptions. Members should show up on schedule and in proper gear for testing.

2. If member is rescheduling the unit leadership should be mindful of fit to fight expirations and EPR/OPR impacts due to reschedule.

Finally, if members reschedule this UTA ensure they cancel their lodging either the Automated Lodging System or by contacting the wing lodging rep at (405) 417-6779. Please do this by 6:00 p.m.
