Simulator
Staff Sergeant Adam Cross, right works with Senior Airman Ethan Pollock as he demonstrates the process of shaping a stiffner rib. The Stiffner rib gives the leading edge on the simulated aircraft structure being built by the 507th Air Refueling Wing fabrication flight's sheet metal shop contour. Technical Sergeant Harold Fulghum came up with the idea to build the simulator. It gives sheet metal workers the opportunity to work on the leading edge of a KC-135R Stratotanker wing without the jet actually being broken. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Mark Hybers)
