Appointments required for Communications and DEERS office support

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- The 507th Air Refueling Wing communications flight and the 507th Force Support Squadron DEERS/RAPIDS offices are limiting in-person office visits to appointment only in response to COVID-19 effective March 17, 2020.
To schedule an appointment with communications, email email@example.com or call 739-2922. For DEERS/RAPIDS appointments, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 405-739-4293.
The recommended method of resolving IT issues is the vESD app on each computer’s desktop. Members can also contact the Tinker Air Force Base Communications Focal Point at 734-4357. In-processing will be through email only and out-processing forms can be turned in to Bldg. 1048, mailbox number 29 in Bldg. 1048.
The following communications resources are available to all AFRC members assigned to Tinker AFB.
Tier-0 (Self-Help) resources are available at AFNET Enterprise Service Dashboard at https://esd.us.af.mil/esdportal/Default.aspx and on each government owned computer via the vESD AF IT Service Desk icon located on the desktop.
For any issues that cannot be corrected by Tier-0 efforts, the 72nd Air Base Wing provides Tier-1 CFP support from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday – Friday by calling at 734-HELP (4357) and emergency Tier-1 support 24/7 accessible by following the prompts at the same number after duty hours.
The 507th Air Refueling Wing communications flight provides Tier-2 and Tier-3 support from 8:00-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and during drill weekends.
