Staff Sgt. Sue Hathaway, a structural repair and corrosion control technician with the Air Force Reserve's 507th Air Refueling Wing, peels away transfer paper backing while applying new lettering to a KC-135 ruddervator. As a result of the 2005 BRAC process, the 507th Air Refueling Wing became the first Air Force Reserve wing to become host to an Air National Guard wing. The Oklahoma Air National Guard's 137th Air Refueling Wing began flying associate missions here at Tinker Air Force base earlier this year. Assigning dual wing identification on the KC-135 ruddervator is part of local processes to provide identification and partnership parity.
