Col. Russell A. Muncy, commander of the 507th Air Refueling Wing welcomes community leaders and business professionals from across Oklahoma who was invited to participate in the ESGR Bosslift held Dec. 8, 2011 here at Tinker A.F.B., OK. Bosslifts allow employers and supervisors access to military training sites where they observe Reserve and National Guard members on duty. This experience provides employers a better understanding of what Reservists and Guardsmen do when they are away from their civilian occupation for duty with their military units.
