507th Air Refueling Wing
The 507th Air Refueling Wing will break ground on a new $10 million hangar beginning in spring 2009. Two facilities will be demolished and in their place, a single-bay, 28,000 square foot, fully-enclosed scheduled maintenance hangar will be built. The new facility will serve both the 507th ARW and 137th ARW, an Oklahoma Air National Guard associate unit affiliated with the wing. The new hangar is a part of the DOD’s Military Construction Program and should be complete by fall 2010.
