Lieutenant Colonel Michael J. Remualdo, Staff Sergeant Ronald W. Davis, Major Benjamin R. Evans and Staff Sgt. Christopher Howard pose in front of a 507th Air Refueling Wng KC-135R Stratotanker. Remualdo, Davis and Evans are Air Force reservists from Tinker Air Force Base being recognized for two Air Force Association awards for superior airmanship during a combat air refueling mission in which an in-flight emergency forced them to land at Joint Base Balad. Surprisingly, Sergeant Howard, with the Oklahoma Air National Guard was on duty at that base as transient alert maintenance and assisted with on-ground repairs.
