First Aviation Standards Flight gets new commander

Maj. Robert F. "Bobby" Loher, right, became the commander of the 1st Aviation Standards Flight during a recent change of command ceremony. Major Loher spent the last 10 years teaching and training for the T-1A Program at Randolph AFB, Texas. Outgoing commander, Lt. Col. Randall Peterson, is on the left. Peterson had been commander of the 1st ASF since 1998 and was the first commander for the Flight.
