VIDEO - March Super UTA Published Feb. 13, 2015 By 507th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- VIDEO STORY - Click here for the video The 507th Air Refueling Wing is holding its first Super Unit Training Assembly on March 5-8 to give time back to Reservists. Deployment Tempo for Reservist has been and remains high, even as drawdowns overseas continue. Staying current with specific job and other necessary training is critical to the mission. Much of that training is non-job specific and can put a strain on Reservists to stay current in their primary skills. The 507th Air Refueling Wing is implementing a new construct to help Airmen get their training completed in a more efficient manner. Colonel Davis said the super UTA will allow more focused time for job training and taking July off gives much needed rest for them and their families.
